This weekend and next week (Mar14-Mar21)

Central QLD: Small fun waves on low tide bump up a little over the weekend

Still some fun little waves about.

No great change to the weekend f/cast. Weak high pressure is in the Tasman with a modest tradewind fetch in the Coral Sea with another weak high moving into the Tasman in it’s wake. Trades perk up today into tomorrow suggesting a small bump in size over the weekend into Mon before easing early next week.

A SE surge early next week should see a small increase in size later Tues into Wed.

SE surge next week

Further ahead and there’s more signs of life later next week with GFS suggesting an enhanced trade flow with an E’ly dip or elongated low in the Coral Sea.

We’ll see how it looks on Mon, until then, have a great weekend!
