This weekend and next week (Nov1-Nov10)

Central QLD: E’ly tradewind swell ahoy.

Tiny surf continues over the weekend, building next week.

Not much expected over the weekend but better days ahead with the main story being a slow moving high in the Tasman next week, setting up a tradewind flow in the Coral Sea. 

Once the tradewind flow sets up early next week as the blocking high enters the Tasman we should start to see an increase in tradewind swell, likely by Tues at the latest.

Tradewind band next week brings an episode of fun surf

The magic of a full developed sea state once the tradewind band gets cooking should see surf build into the 2-3ft range by Thurs and pulse up and down around that mark right through next weekend.

That's a long way away, so lets see how it looks on Mon.
