Currumbin Alley from the inside
Marketing 101: Promoting your surf school
1) Whack a big sticker with the name of the business on the beak of your board.
2) Keep the sticker in frame as you paddle into perfect waves.
3) Get pitted....so pitted.
4) Then upload the footy to the internet.
Swellnet has no qualms about being a pawn for business and applaud Sam Chillcott for his moxie.

I use to surf the Alley quite a bit often gets an awesome bank on the first section starting from behind or beside the rock, mid section could often be funky but down laceys also often got pretty good, a lot of the time if the sand was good id actually prefer it to Burleigh bit more makable and less competitive crowd, but if the sands not there it can be pretty gutless.
Its a cruel world, the Goldie has so many A grade set ups, id live there if it wasn't for the other hundred thousand surfers and the concrete jungle.
Fair call ID
I hear ya mate.
The tree jungle is not far away :)
