Mark Occhilupo is without doubt one of the most gifted surfers to ever grace a surfboard. With sawn-off legs creating a low centre of gravity he was like the punching clown you couldn't knock over. A natural on the water, the same couldn't be said about his on-land athletics; rarely was Occy without a stubbed toe or a skinned knee due to coming a-gutser on terra firma.

The cuts and grazes haven't deterred him, however, and Occy is set to bust some moves in 2011. The half-Italian, semi-stallion will trip the light fantastic on Dancing With The Stars this year. Tune into the Channel 7 network to see him throw a leg over his partner.
