Reports and forecasts temporarily down

Actually, future posts like this will be worded along the lines of:

"The Swellnet database has been damaged or has gone adrift. A replacement database will be deployed as soon as possible." (hat tip MHL)

Sounds way sexier than website gremlins, I reckon. 

OK, we've done some tweaking - fingers crossed the next model run will correct things - it's due around 5:25pm.
