Shark Shields. Anyone seen a noah while using one yet?

considering buying one but if its not going to stop the big ones then I might save some cashola. At $600 it's almost the cost of a new stick.
A bloke was quoted in one of the newspapers at the time of the recent Esperance attack as previously having a white come straight at him at kelp beds and turn away at the last second, said he reckons the only reason he wasn't attacked was because of his shark shield.
If it doesn't work don't think about suing the company , the last bloke who tried didn't have a leg to stand on.
