Water in the lungs
Nasty , pays to get a doc to check you out after it happens I think ?
Never have..Just go through the process of trying to stay calm and concentrate on slowly getting air back into my lungs,then i come good and forget about it..Agreed it is quite a nasty situation though
Anybody else out there had the unfortunate pleasure of taking a gobfull of salt water down the wrong hole and into your lungs while surfing?..Im not sure if it's just me but it must of happened at least a dozen times to myself and it's quite frightening..Unable to to take in next to no air into your lungs while waves continue to crash over you..
