Shoulder Troubles

Having done two Grade 2 AC shoulder joint injuries and more recently two dislocations in as many games of rugby, I'm starting to wonder how long I can continue to play.

Has anyone had any experience with shoulder reconstructions and its effectiveness in preventing further injury both in and out of the water. I've had to have 2 months out of the water (while it's been pumping) and am not willing to continue playing footy at the expense of my surfing.

Cheers!

Simple -Give the football away, I know some who has had major shoulder surgery twice to try and stop the dislocations which happen randomly in 2ft surf or 20ft surf ...in his case it hasn't been successfully fixed, even with the building and strengthening of the muscles around the joint....nope will still randomly pop out.

Sealblades...have you seen these ?...guaranteed to destroy a shoulder joint in no time .
