Which part of Sydney are you from? No point recommending the Northern Beaches if you're in Maroubra.

Take a day off work and go for a drive up the northern beaches. Make sure you check when they're open.
These shapers will have someone there happy to chat to you about what you're after. By buying straight from the shaper you'll cut distribution costs, middle men, and hopefully build a relationship with your shaper!

...and if it's a second hand board you're after Aloha Manly Style - not sure of address but it's on the main drag - has an impressive range of boards. Most of the guys who work on the floor are knowledgeable about boards too.
That said, ACB makes a good point about building a relationship with a shaper.
Just wondering any one familia on board factories or best surf shops in sydney with wide range of boards, brand new /second hand etc etc.not from sydney so not sure we're to start looking. Cheers
