Yeah Floyd, I have watched this vid about 6 times now, it really hit home for me, the smooth as lines nothing rad or extreme just going with the flow as Jerry Lopez stats.
I love how the Japanese guy explains things in simple harmony with nature, it is so true;)

Jack's an interesting person. I've read a lot of Jack's books and find he puts an easier to understand western expression to Buddhist teachings than many Eastern authors do.
