Whats the summer outlook?

I finished the most stressful year of uni I've had wednesday week ago. As I left to catch the bus for my final exam, Maroubra was absolutely pumping. By the next day it had turned to onshore slop and has since been completely flat.

When will this end?

January so far has been rubbish, but it looks set to end well.

Any predictions for when this trade swell will hit?

I have gone and booked a weekend in the mountains, assuming there was not going to be any swell. But it looks set to hang around for a while, so should catch it mid week.

I am planning make some journey with my friends, as we mostly used to in summer. But yet not decided the place to visit, in NSW any suggestions would be nice. Keeping in mind the budget for the tour. . .
