This week and next week (May27-June 7)

Central QLD: Rideable every day, a small boost later in the week

Still a bit of fun for the logs

Lovely late autumn conditions as high pressure drifts across NSW bringing SE winds and settled conditions through  the week. A pair of weak cold fronts are expected to pass over Tasmania in the short term. A dynamic, troughy pattern looks set to unfold over the weekend.

Tradewinds in the Coral Sea generate small swells this week and through the second half of the week we should see a small boost in size as the fetch migrates southwards and squares up more SE of New Caledonia.

Expect just rideable surf boosting a notch from Thurs into the weekend.

Uncertain outlook next week as low pressure forms in the Tasman Sea so check back Wed for the latest.
