Capturing The Curvature
Sydney was awarded its first proper groundswell of the year on Thursday. Six-to-eight feet out of the southeast, with afternoon offshore winds grooming the lines clean and straight - it was a sight for sore eyes. And incredibly, the waves and offshore winds have held in for a second consecutive day.
Swellnet forecaster Craig Brokensha positioned himself atop the headland at Fairy Bower late Thursday afternoon, cranked the ISO on his camera and captured the curvature as the swells marched around the point enroute to the Northern Beaches. Check 'em out. //BEN MATSON
