You know Tim Bonython, he's the filmmaker who puts the 'fff' back into 'frofff'. Which embarrasses young guys like me 'cause Tim is almost fiffffty.

This year marks the 12th straight season that Tim will tour his Australian Surf Movie Festival around the Aussie coastline. It's also been the hardest year of editing Tim's had. What to include? What to cut out? He's filmed huge Pedra Branca (caught James Hollmer-Cross' leg-breaking, wetty-cacking wipeout on film), the biggest of Shippies, 2014's gnarliest sesssion at The Right, sheer perfection in WA's north-west, plus epic Chopes and radical Solander and he's even darting off to Fiji this weekend to film Monday's Cloudbreak Redux swell. It'll be the best of the best!

Whew...calm down, I'm starting to type how Tim talks.
