Return to form on the Surf Coast
It was somewhat of a patchy winter in Victoria this year. Sure, there were a couple of cracking swells but prolonged spells of cold corduroy were far and few between. Fortunately, things have recently taken a turn for the better with Thursday delivering a quality return to form across the Torquay reefs. Otto Boubat scoured the entire coast looking for waves but ended up back at the perennial favourite Winkipop. //BEN MATSON
