Smaller surf but workable winds for most regions over the coming days ahead of a trough and southerly winds later week. There'll be plenty of swell in the mix for the weekend.

The long term outlook is suggesting a deep polar low will push under Tasmania, driving a powerful front into the Tasman Sea and generating a very larger sustained southerly groundswell event.

Fun west swells with generally favourable conditions this weekend. Larger swell potential late next week.

The Mid Coast will offer plenty of surfable days, though with some bump. The South Coast will see more size and generally clean conditions.
