Small to tiny surf over the weekend, best east of Melbourne tomorrow morning. Onshore weak swells early next week. Better late week.

Looks like some good waves ahead for Victorian surfers.
What I like most about this swell event is that the system responsible for it weakens only slowly through its passage under the continent, which means the backside of the peak - on Friday - will ease only slowly in size.
Onshore winds with a building mix of swells tomorrow, easing Sunday and remaining onshore. Cleaner and smaller Monday morning, with a good new swell later in the day, easing Tuesday. Strong W/SW groundswell later week but with average winds.
