Versatile teamwork
Surf photography's a hard gig. Anyone with a handful of bucks can order a fancy camera online, and stand at the beach snapping off eight frames per second as the local talent attempts to get vertical. Thus resulting in gigabytes of half-turns and bogged rails.
Grant Molony's got the system wired though, in tandem with his brother Russ. Not only are they both bloody good at what they do, but they've become versatile in their teamwork. Rather than teeing up an endless session of sandbottom barrels, this gallery's got it all, and covered from all angles. Which is all the more impressive due to the small size of the swell. Just the kind of imagery to get you amped before a weekend of waves! //BEN MATSON
