Sunshine Coast
After a lean trot through the back end of Spring and early Summer the Coral Sea is slowly stirring into life. Last Monday Tropical Cyclone June delivered the first cyclone swell of the season, a mid-range event that brought energy to the points without busting the banks on the beaches. And there's plenty more to come...
The Swellnet models are currently progging an extended run of swell beginning this Sunday. The source is a tropical low squeezing a slow moving easterly ridge resulting in a fortnight of waves for desperate Sunny Coast folk.
