Peak to peak
After a slow start it's becoming a bumper year in the Aussie Alps, significant dumps falling weekly for the past month. On the lower East Coast coast the fronts bringing the snow have wrought non-stop offshores, and last Thursday they blew straight into the face of a solid east swell.
Swellnet forecaster Craig Brokensha surfed around Manly where he took these photos. The next day he hit the highway and scored an equally epic weekend in the mountains enjoying the best of both worlds.
