On The Night Shift
Shift work isn't good for your health. Anyone who's done it knows how detrimental it is to have a work schedule running counter to your body clock. Fatigue, interupted sleep patterns and junk food diets being just some of the problems.
On the other hand there are benefits - the lines at the bank are shorter, you get more time to surf and ....well, that's about it. But sometimes that's enough. On Monday it certainly was. After knocking off work, and doing the banking, Sean Hill had plenty of time to surf. He even had time to take a few photos for us. Elouera and Shark Island pumping while the 9 to 5 crew were at work. //STUART NETTLE
