Mark Matthews follows the Noble Eightfold Path to get him through this gurgling Middles pit. Executing right intention, right action, right effort, right concentration, right speech...hmmm, I'm not so sure about that one...nor right livelihood, or even right mindfulness....probably should have thought about this a bit more. But whatever, he ends up with the eighth element - right view.
