Last year Mick Fanning took a hiatus from CT competition and travelled the world: Ireland, Alaska (twice!), an undisclosed sand spit somewhere, and Norway were just a few stamps on his passport.

This edit is from the last location on that list, Norway, where Mick and filmer Matt Kleiner traversed the rugged coastline north of the Arctic Circle. Some of that footage was used for a Red Bull edit with Mick surfing beneath the Northern Lights, but here's the best of the rest from that trip.
