I've never heard of Troy Elsmore. Southern Californian chap by the looks of it, makes his own retro-vibe boards, mixes up the shapes, and he's got some Ryan Burch-style steeze in his movements. The similarity is uncanny, though that ain't necessarily a bad thing because, like Burch, he knows how to make that fish sing.
