Harro and Silky return to the table with this week's serve of The Carve Up. Joining 'em in the box are Tony and George Pittar. A decade or so ago Tony split from the Sydney corporate scene to start a surf camp and live a simpler life. He now runs Eratap Beach Resort at Vanuatu where his son George - coincidentally a national Rip Curl Gromsearch winner - surfs the uncrowded reefs.

Craig Brokensha brings the show to a close with a national round up of weekend waves. You wanna know where to surf? Let 'Top Deck' tell you where.

And if you're as curious about Vanuatu as we are then check the following vid shot by Tony. All the waves are within sight of Eratap Beach Resort.

My dad lived in Vanuatu for 12 years from the late 80's and we used to surf this place and other (better!) waves with no one in sight. Always thought it would get crowded and developed but $, unstable govt and cyclones have stifled investment and managed to keep it relatively untouched. Beautiful local people.

The vid looks like it had a whole section missing?

Not that I'm there to take advantage of it but I enjoy Craigs Oz-wide weekend surf report. Good to hear a summary of what's going on around Australia which augurs well with my short attention span.

Craig was spot on with his Vicco forecast. Eratap Beach Resort rates really are for the "suits" but I have a couple of nephews who are plumbers and they could afford it. Great Carve Up show boys
