Check the extended trailer for Dion Agius' new film, The Smiling Bag. The film has only been seen at select places around the globe, surf festivals, obscure surf towns and the like, however you can get a copy by emailing Dion:

"I’ll send you a download link to the movie or a USB drive with a zine, a poster, some shoelaces and some stickers. So you’ll get a nice little package that will be this fun thing you’ll hopefully want to keep. I really wanted to try and give the movie a little bit more physicality as opposed to just throwing something up on the web, where people generally only have about a two-minute attention span, this fucker is pretty long."

Dion also provides a few 'viewing guidelines':

"This stuff is way more fun when you immerse yourself in it, turn the lights off, put it on the biggest screen you can, get your friends over, have some beers and turn the volume up super fucking loud.  It’s easy to forget to try and immerse yourself sometimes when you’re used to watching everything on your phone or your laptop."

"It's nothing too serious and i just hope everyone enjoys it and it helps get them psyched to go surfing and have fun."

Yeah, man. Don't knock the little mermaid. That chick is super hot. Plus, she'd always be up for a surf.

I reckon you'd feel nauseous after watching on a big screen after a few beers. Very trippy. Acid is back. Real good surfing though.

Not my cup of tea, i can handle some arty filler, but that was going over board especially when combined with one manoeuvres with the camera pulled in real close and often slow mo.

Loved it. Epic surfing and I loved the drone footage, best I've seen. The closer cropped in angles made me feel like I was in those waves. I'd trade my youngest child to be able to do turns that good just for one day. Thanks
