Green and gold on the Surf Coast - photos
It was enough to make John Williamson weep. Yesterday the Surf Coast laid the Australiana on thick with a golden sunrise to the east and solid green lines rearing out of the west, while in the middle a bunch of patriots ran the bowl and the Winki gauntlet.

Didn't get a chance to surf this swell, but saw some videos of people towing in and riding jetskis through the line up at Bells - Just wanted to say you're a kook. You don't need a jetski at 6-8ft Bells.
Such a beautiful wave, best not to think about the air and sea temps.
Have to agree with you Stok, thought that jetskis weren't allowed within a few 100 metres if surfers were in the water.
Should see rye foreshore in summer :)
Where is everyone ?
not many out today either, go figure
