Asher Pacey twin fin livin' - video
In the past few weeks we've run a few clips of Asher on a twinny, each of them as impressive as the next, and each of them further affirmation that the twinny has modern day relevance - at least under the feet of someone like Asher.
This clip continues the ascension; Asher surfing with speed, flow, and zest, on an unlikely looking twinny.

That Twinnie Asher shaped himself, when he sent it off to be glassed the lam boys rang him and said Asher this thing has lots of bumps in it and 2 different rails do you want us to tidy it up before we glass it .........Nope said Asher just glass it as it is .
4'8"long I think.
Fuck he's fast becoming a new favourite surfer to watch. Those laybacks are sick! So was that song
Dunno if its the way it's filmed, but that looks like one of the fastest boards I've ever seen!
I agree goofy he is a joy to watch. Must revisit my twinnie after snapping it in half fixing it and now it has another big crease. They go really well in certain types of waves (not backhand) and the cut backs have always been great. They gave a great flow to them which thrusters have never had. Time for a new one however I couldn't ride that thing. This is the third video of twinnies I have loved to watch. The first was last years Maldives, the second this years Maldives and now this. Keep em coming Stu.
That looked ridiculously fun.
Each one of his laybacks made my recently re - injured knee ache.
Any orthopaedic surgeons out there want to hazard a guess from my X - Rays as to what I might have done to it ?
Yes its been hit one to many times by your Big Bellend Pendulum .......Blowin you must stop jogging.
You're a legend Ben.
Bit cold in the X-ray room Blowin?
Freezing ,Goofy.
Fucking hospitals, you'd think it was the morgue it was that cold....
A very very short femur Blowin..!
Style for days. I've tried riding a short twinnie like that and could not get it flowing, very impressive surfing!
This has won me back to the twinny cheer squad, but....4'11" ?
The smallest board I've ever ridden was a mate's recently shaped 5'4" and that felt stupidly small.
Anyone got any experience riding something sub - five foot ?
