Compliments to the Commish! The WSL Commissioners held their nerve today as morning dawned on a lacklustre swell and high tide. The only options appeared a move to D'Bah or yet another layday, however they resisted both and sent the women out around midday. The surf improved significantly and by mid-afternoon 3'-4' sets were rifling down the bank. In the face of a lean waiting period this was manna from heaven.

In the late afternoon Chevy Metal played the beach stage joined by Steph for a few songs.
