Late take offs can be good; Late surf forecasts get frustrating.

Given the 2 hour time difference between QLD and WA, why do the Sandgropers have their forecast notes posted before
us Banana Benders?

I know the waves aren't exactly pumping in SE QLD at the moment, but the report has been very late of late , lately.
Better late than never ,though.
