BTW In Israel proper (not dispute territory of Samaria and Judea AKA West Bank) Arabs have exactly the same rights as anyone else, the only two difference's is they cant work in secret service areas of government and also they dont have to do national service, i think we can agree thats a perk (BTW. about 1,000 Arabs a year still volunteer to serve in the IDF though)
And there is Arabs in all areas of Israel society from police including second highest position to high court judges, and they are over represented in all areas of medical field including doctors and surgeons, there is even pro Arab political parties, on the flip side Jews cant even live or visit many Arab countries even Gaza is off limits.
